These are my TOS - Please read carefully ♥

They may seem harsh, but the TOS are not there to make commissioning difficult for someone and to block them immediately. On the contrary, they should help prevent misunderstandings on both sides, provide a basis to protect the artist and the client and to simplify the process.

  • Intense NSFW

  • Fetish Art

  • Heavy gore

  • heavy Splatter

  • NFT's

  • Anything problematic like proshipping, Offenive-, Pedo-, Hate-, Racism-, or Zoorealted Things

Once the Money is sent, I start with the next steps in the process.
Any Commission will be done in under a week, unless otherwise specified.You may not change anything on the Artwork, remove or move my watermark, sell or claim it as your own work, repost without crediting me or trace it heavily.You must be 16+ for Gore
18+ for suggestive NSFW
Won't sell NSFW or gore to underaged Clients

Your Rights

§ You have the right to ask about the Staus of your Commission at any Time. (Please at reasonable intervals. Not every 5 minutes.) If I didn't updated you for a while, please let me know. I will inform you as soon as possible.§ You can cancel the comm at any time. Depending how deep we’re in the process you’ll get a different amount back. Please let me now why, so I can improve if it's up to me.§ If I decide to cancel the Commission, you’ll get a full refund no matter how far along I am in the process.
BUT if it’s because the Client ghosted and don't answer me after a reasonable amount of time, then this clause does not apply and the Client won’t get any refund at all.§ You can make changes for free till I start Coloring (Don't overdo it of course). After that it’ll cost you 2€ each, because then it is very exhausting to change the lines again. (If i made a mistake or forget something, the changes are free ofc)§ You can use my Artwork, for your pfp, your private use. You can print it out. But you need to always credit me.
You’re not allowed to trace, heavily reference or claim it as your own Art.

My Rights

§ I am allowed to decline any Commission, when I feel uncomfortable either with the client or the Commission itself.
I can give you an explanation why, but I am not obligated to do so.§ I am allowed to extend the deadline, if I need that. I am working full time. And sometimes, Life happens. Ofc the Client will be notified about that. Either directly via DM or via my Stories.§ Also I reserve the right to leave messages on read. This can sometimes happens when I'm checking my phone at work but are unable to answer. I try to reply as soon as possible.§ I am Allowed to change my TOS or enhance it, when I feel this is necessary. I will inform my current clients about that, so they have a chnace to accept. And update the date to the latest.§ I will use my Commissons to enhance my Portfolio and post I in my Feed.

If someone violates my TOS, they will be blacklisted, blocked and banned from future events.When deciding to commission me, you're agreeing automatically to my TOSYou can include the Phrase “I’m ready” in your message, so I'm 100% sure you’ve read, understand and accepted my TOS. ♥
